Whetstone is the closest privately owned business park to King Shaka International Airport and Dube Tradeport. It is a four-phase business precinct valued at 1.4 Billion and the total extent is approximately 815,000m² which has mixed-use development zoning that includes opportunities such as light industry, warehousing, retail outlets, a Petro port and more. As of June 2025 we have already completed the platforming and infrastructure installation to Phases 1 & 2.
