Whetstone is the closest privately owned business park to King Shaka International Airport and Dube Tradeport. It is a four-phase business precinct valued at 1.4 Billion and the total extent is approximately 815,000m² which has mixed-use development zoning that includes opportunities such as light industry, warehousing, retail outlets, a Petro port and more. As of June 2025 we have already completed the platforming and infrastructure installation to Phases 1 & 2. These are Freehold serviced levelled platforms and because of its prime position and its proximity to King Shaka International Airport and Dube Tradeport, demand for the larger sites have been exceptional with 77% of the land extent been sold resulting in a remaining 23%.
